What Is First Line™?
First Line™ is Puck Off Co.'s youth participation and leadership program designed to help hockey and roller hockey players earn rewards, complete challenges, support their communities, and help grow the game.
Who Can Join?
First Line™ is open to hockey players and roller hockey players approximately ages 2–18.
House players, recreational players, travel players, A/AA/AAA players, junior players, goalies, and beginners are all welcome.
If you love the game, want to be part of the hockey community, and enjoy helping grow the sport, there is a place for you here.
How Old Do I Need To Be?
First Line™ is designed for young hockey players and roller hockey players approximately ages 2–18.
If you love the game and want to participate in the hockey community, you're welcome to join.
Parent or guardian involvement may be required for certain activities, rewards, applications, and opportunities.
What Is Included In The Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit currently includes:
• First Line™ Shirt
• Sticker Pack
• Drawstring Bag
• Welcome Materials
• Starting Points
• Access To First Line™ Opportunities
Starter Kit contents may evolve as the program grows.
How Much Does It Cost To Join?
The First Line™ Starter Kit is currently $49.99.
Pricing may change in the future as the program evolves.
Do Members Earn Cash?
No.
First Line™ members earn points, store credit, rewards, recognition, certificates, achievement awards, and special opportunities.
Cash commissions are not available through First Line™.
Members interested in earning opportunities may explore Full Send™ when they meet applicable age and eligibility requirements.
How Do Members Earn Points?
Members may earn points through approved activities such as:
• QR Code Sharing
• Fundraiser Referrals
• Community Challenges
• Participation Opportunities
• Special Events
• Approved Program Activities
Point opportunities may change throughout the year.
How Do Store Credit Rewards Work?
First Line™ members may earn points, rewards, recognition, and store credit through approved activities, challenges, participation opportunities, referrals, and other program activities.
Store credit can be used toward eligible Puck Off Co. products and experiences.
Reward opportunities may evolve as the program grows.
What Can Points Be Used For?
Points may be redeemed for:
• Store Credit
• Merchandise
• Rewards
• Recognition Opportunities
• Achievement Awards
• Special Program Benefits
Available rewards may change as the program evolves.
Do Points Expire?
No.
Points and store credit may be saved toward larger rewards unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion or challenge.
Is First Line™ A Job?
No.
First Line™ is a participation and rewards program.
Members are not employees of Puck Off Co.
The program is designed to encourage involvement, leadership, community participation, and positive hockey culture.
Does My Child Need Social Media?
No.
Social media is not required.
Members can participate through community challenges, fundraising opportunities, events, referrals, recognition programs, and many other activities.
Are Parents Required To Participate?
Parent or guardian approval is required.
Younger participants may need assistance with forms, communications, opportunities, or certain activities.
Parents are encouraged to support their child's participation but are not expected to manage the program for them.
What Types Of Challenges Are Available?
Challenges may include:

• Kindness Challenges

• Leadership Opportunities

Challenge types may change throughout the year.
Do I Have To Be Good At Hockey?
Absolutely not.
First Line™ is not based on skill level.
Whether you're just learning to skate, playing house hockey, travel hockey, roller hockey, AAA hockey, or junior hockey, you are welcome here.
This program is about participation, attitude, effort, community, and helping grow the game.
Can Roller Hockey Players Join?
Absolutely.
Puck Off Co. supports both ice hockey and roller hockey.
House, travel, AAA, junior, recreational, and roller hockey players are all welcome within the First Line™ community.
Can Roller Hockey Teams Participate?
Yes.
Individual players, teams, organizations, clubs, and communities may participate in approved opportunities when available.
We support both hockey and roller hockey communities.
What Happens When A Member Turns 18?
As members get older, additional opportunities may become available depending on local laws, program requirements, and eligibility guidelines.
Some participants may qualify for future programs such as Full Send™ and other opportunities offered by Puck Off Co.
Program eligibility and participation requirements may vary by location.
Can Program Rules Change?
Yes.
Puck Off Co. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change program rules, rewards, benefits, challenges, opportunities, participation requirements, and membership features at any time.
As the company grows, programs will continue to evolve and improve.
