All Puck Off Co. products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after production is complete.

Production, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may impact delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Puck Off Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
